What could be in your treatment plan?

Your treatment plan will be individualised and there are a range of natural therapies that I may use to optimise your health. I tend to focus on using lifestyle and nutritional strategies to optimise your health as these are the most powerful long-term strategies, but I may also prescribe herbal medicine, personalised compounding, and nutraceuticals, to get the best results for you. I also like to collaborate with other practitioners and may provide you with referrals as needed.
